Item according to ancient acts of Parliament, providing
that there be any of His Majesties subjects, borne in Scott-
lant, in the Netherlands, being merchants, factors, skippers,
seamen or others, who inhabits or sojourns in any thouns
there, that if they decline His Eoyall Majesties authority,
privie councellors and other His Majesties well intrusted ser
vants or any acts, made or to be made by the Parliament or
Eoyall Burrows of Scotland, that in that case they are to be
declared according to ancient actsand that all Scotsmen
living in Scotland, are prohibited to meale, make or corres
pondent with them directly or indirectly, under the penalties
as aforsaid at their highest perrill.
Notwithstanding of thir above wreaten articles always to be
understoodthat all other acts of ParliamentBurrows and
Conservator-court, altho not hier mentioned, shall stand and
be in full force, as if they were all hier insert. At Dordrecht x)

De secretaris Mtjys van Holy heeft ter vergaderinge ge-
rapporteert hoedat de Heeren Haer Ed Achtbgecommit
teerden tot de saecken van de Schotse courtingevolge ende
tot voldoeninge van derselver last aen de Heer William Da-
vitsonals Conservateur van de Schotsche natie, hadde bekent
gemaeckt het geresolveerde van den IXe Maert laestleden, ten
respecte van de non-observantie van het opgerichte Concordaet
aen de zyde van de Schotse Eoyale Stedenende dat den
